Staying Loose When Modeling Gets Tight

Hey Guys with the craziness of fashion week coming up, traveling, training, and shooting in between; maintaining a calm mind, body, and spirit is very important. Although I love focusing on cardio and abs, recently I started to pick up Yoga. Doing so has helped me stay relaxed and balanced. I have to be very honest, I’m not the most flexible person but finding that quite time for even an hour makes all the difference in such a hectic day. I even found that Yoga has a few benefits

  3. Protects your spine, as well as cartilage and joint breakdown

  5. Helps you focus

  • Always remember, whether your training hard or taking it slow with Yoga, stay hydrated with FIJI Water . With regular yoga or even hot yoga, drinking tons of water like FIJI water makes all the difference.
