Strutting down these concrete jungle streets with my royal blue velvet Raquel Diniz jumpsuit, glittered Zac Posen clutch and Guess shoes, I was ready for the night to begin. The iconic New York Fashion Week has come and gone so quickly, I wish it was fashion week everyday! From the many faces, to stunningly amazing backdrops and down to the melodic energy throughout the atmosphere, NYFW is the place to be. I had the honor to stand along side many legends and upcoming models alike. Being invited too two major events in one night was so special to me, I am so thankful for being there. Attending the Maybelline and Prada Linea Rossa events made my night effortlessly magical.

My first stop was at the relaunching of the Prada Linea Rossa line at their iconic Soho, NY location. So many stars stepped out and shined tonight as bright as the neon pieces that contrasted against the street style backdrops.

Nibbling on tasty h’orderves, taking photos with the legendary Adriana Lima, while listening to the melodic notes by Kali Uchis put me in such a mood, I loved it! The energy was so fun, laid back and glamorous at the same time, Prada always puts on..okay

 

 

 

 

For all my fashionistas who are familiar with the sports line, the subtle yet stylish red stripe has become a signature of the Prada brand since its launching in 1997. The sporty , tech nylon pieces were a huge hit back in the early 90’s to the 00’s. Under the creative direction of Miuccia Prada, a revamping of the line bringing back 90’s neon with a touch of savvy athleisure makes it the sporty pieces we need in our lives.

My next stop was at the Maybelline NYFW XIX Party at Mr. Purple here in the city. So many familiar faces and so many more to meet. I enjoyed the vibes of the funky music, beat faces and mellow lights. Maybelline’s makeup gives each face a moisturizing feel to give you soft, dewy and hydrated skin. From the strong pigment Eye Studio Color plush palette to the Shine Compulsion Lipstick (I LOVE a natural lip), this brand will give you the look you need from running errands during the day to a late night date with the hubby. Maybe she’s born with it, or maybe it is Maybelline.
