Time To Get that Summer Time Shine! Tips and Tricks to Radiant Skin, Getting Slim and Trim, and Detoxifing!

Hey Guys!! As you know I love to keep you all updated on recent things that I have been a part of and 2017 has kicked off with a bang. My recent first billboard on Time Square and on Hollywood Blvd, my Rue 21 campaign and appearances in Glamour and Zink Magazine have really made the beginning of this year special! With all the traveling that I have been doing, I wanted to give you guys some tips that I have learned along the way. There is nothing more important than staying hydrated, especially as a working model in this industry. Staying hydrated has helped me in all of these areas. 

1. Trying to Shed Those Extra Pounds? Not drinking enough water may force your body to retain water and cause the scale to move in the wrong direction. To avoid this, watch your salt intake and drink at least one liter of water a day. Simply carrying a bottle of water in your bag or having it handy makes you more aware of drinking it. 

2. Suffering From Dry Skin? As a model, I’m often getting my makeup done every other day if not everyday. Even your every day makeup can take a toll on your skin. So many people ask me what I do to keep my glowing and radiant. Great skin starts from the inside out. What you put inside your body reflects on the outside. Minimize the sweets, incorporate at-least one facial into your regime a month and trade in a glass of wine for a bottle of water and I promise it will make a major difference in your skin. 

3. Want a Fresh Start? Let’s remove the Toxins! I’m always trying some type of crazy diet. I’ve tried the juice diet, the green smoothie diet, eggs and grape fruit diet, or even the keto diet. Believe it or not, I’ve seen differences in my body from all of these diets. Adding more water to your diet and eating smaller portions will enhances your results. Drinking more water as you eat will add to your body’s perceived level of fullness and you’ll want to stop sooner. Cut your serving size in half and replace it with water and you will be able to reach your goal in a more effective way.
