Can You Give Up Coffee for 21 Days?

ANYONE THAT KNOWS ME KNOWS THAT JUST LIKE A MILLION OTHER PEOPLE, I LOVE COFFEE! IT IS THAT EXTRA KICK THAT GETS US GOING IN THE MORNING, OR EVEN WHILE WE ARE AT WORK AND OUR ENERGY GETS LOW. BUTT! FOR 21 DAYS I DECIDED TO GIVE IT UP TO TEACH MY SELF DISCIPLINE, THAT NOTHING HAS MORE CONTROL OVER ME THAN ME, EVEN IT IS ONLY FOR A FEW DAYS, TRY IT! FOR YOU, YOU MAY WANT TO TRY GIVING UP ALCOHOL, SMOKING,  EATING RED MEAT, SOMETHING THAT YOU TRULY LOVE, AND SEE IF YOU CAN LIVE WITHOUT IT. EVEN IF IT IS ONLY FOR A FEW DAYS HAHA . YOU WILL BE SURPRISED! HOWEVER FOR ALL OF MY COFFEE LOVERS I HAVE LISTED THREE ALTERNATIVES TO DRINKING COFFEE FOR A BOOST OF ENERGY! DONT HESITATE TO TRY IT! GOOD LUCK!

  2. Hey Afiya thanks for taking a peek at my blog…Good post, I myself have given up coffee and can go without it or have it as a treat! For myself the challenge has been to become myself version 2.0 if that makes sense…each month setting small realistic goals add up over time…

    By the way, so proud of you! good job with being a model! 🙂 I’m not on social media and am pretty unconnected from the internet, (and love it) but just thought I’d drop you a line and express my thanks.

    Speaking of breaking habits, try going without the internet except for essential things like email etc. for 21 days…broke my internet addiction about a year ago and haven’t looked back sense…take care doll
